Payment and Subscription Information

All packages last for one year. The more debts you handle the lower the unit price.At the end of your annual subscription period, any unused debts will dissolve and will not be carried forward.If you reach your debt limit before your subscription period has expired, simply renew your subscription for another twelve-month period with a new package. It is recommended that you use up all your debts before subscribing to a new package as any unused debts will

not be carried forward.

All packages provide you with the court forms and letters you need, including the Letter Before Action, Claim Form, Request for Judgment and Warrant.Should you require more than 250 debts per year, please contact us to obtain a quotation.

* All prices are including Vat at 17.5%. Please note that our prices do not include court fees payable for issuing the claim, obtaining a warrant or transferring your judgment to the high court via the Sheriffs Lodgment Centre.
